Follow these 4 tips to combat your Dry Eye Symptoms without using drops :

  1. Go Nuts.  Go Fish. – Small changes in diet can help.  Eat more nuts and fish high in fatty acids.
  2. When Dry, Humidify – Especially in our harsh, dry winters, use a portable humidifier.
  3. Blink – yes, blink more.  It’s that simple.  You may not even notice your lack of blinking when using a computer or reading a book.
  4. Exit the Wind Tunnel – avoid environments with a lot of air movement, like sitting right under an air duct.  Use sunglasses outside to block the wind.
